I'm 54 years old but feeling like 30! It's been four weeks now. I started for two weeks taking half dosage just to ease into it. I have started feeling the youth kicking in. I had forgotten what it felt like. I told my wife I'm back! My energy level is amazing. I lost about 4 pounds and am getting better sleep at night plus waking up early. All I can say is please give it a chance, it takes 2 to 3 weeks before you start feeling the effects.
