Good for the less active elderly
I bought this for my elderly mom who does not get around much. She is able to get around, but she just chooses to be stationary. I got this for her with hopes she would somewhat keep her old, frail body mobile. The cute thing is, I catch her using this for her legs and arms while she's stationary, watching TV. If I don't see her use it, I'll ask and she tells me she does every other day. Good for her! Something is better than nothing.
