After looking at the sizing (it said that a M was like a US Small) I got the medium, trusting the sizing instructions. Well, that didnt work out. The medium was way too big on me but Amazon (and Tom's Ware I think) immediately sent me the postage to return it and, the day I put it in the mail, they put the money back in my account. So I immediately went back on and got a S or US XSmall. It got here very quickly (Amazon Prime), which is always a good thing. Ive never had anything but good experiences dealing with Amazon. So, onto the garment. I am 5'1" and 105 lbs and the S/ US XSmall fits perfectly. This item, from my experience, did run a tad big. The fabric is soft but heavy enough that its very warm. One of my favorite features of this jacket is that it can be worn open for one look or zipped up for a completely different look. It is now one of my favorite jackets and I wore it all last night and was warm and comfortable. The only issues I found (and they really arent that big of a deal) are that the wrists are pretty tight and the bottom of the jacket is as well. Not sure why this is, but Im hoping the wrists will stretch out with wear. Other than that I am more than happy with both the customer service and the garment itself. If youre looking for a cute, unique jacket/ hoodie (by the way, the hood is the perfect size and fits really well) that has 2 neat looks, look no further. Great buy!
