I have a professional cleaning business. This vacuum is the best! Converts quickly from hard floors to carpets and don't have to change head. Great on stairs. Great on carpets. Great on hard floors. Edges really well. Quickly to move power head to just use wand for cobwebs by pressing with your foot. Lightweight. No battery to charge! (I was trying to charge 4 Dyson stick vac batteries before to make it through the day). I LOVE this vacuum. As others have said, it sucks really well and you have to frequently empty out the bin. Also, because it sucks so well, the brush roll gets more hair wrapped around it than any other vacuum I've had. (But cutting off the hair is a 3 minute job I do once a week for my business). Best vacuum I have ever owned (And I have been a Dyson snob for years!)
