I almost gave this only a 4 star...but decided that I should give it 5 stars as it did what it was supposed to. I tried it out on my niece first. The process was easy...took about 7 minutes to completely melt. It was a bit warm to the touch once melted, so we unplugged it to cool it off. After a few minutes we tried again and it was the perfect temp. See photos for the process. We left it on for 25 minutes and removed. Her hands were soft and smooth...she was so excited. The only reason I was tempted to give it 4 stars was because the amount of paraffin provided was not enough to go to the minimum line. So to fix that issue we dipped upside down as well...top of hand in first...so her hand was completely covered. Worked out nicely! I do need to buy extra paraffin anyway as we discarded what was used so as not to contaminate. Overall, very satisfied with the product and would recommend.
