Man....I usually don't take a chance on items without reviews but this one was worth it. It's sturdy....the suction cups and springs in the base work great. It is just as quiet as advertised. No need for expert assembly, as they do half the work for you. I filled it with two-50lb bags of sand and the base literally doesn't move. My punches pack a wallop so I was expecting it to budge a little but nothing. Other than filling the base, all you have to do is screw the lugs in to connect the bag to the base. Filling and screwing took me about an hour or so. This is definitely worth every penny. Great addition to my home gym and it doesn't take up much space....I LOVE IT!
