I'm new to smudging (as well as healing crystals). This kit is simple and easy to use. It arrived on time and is exactly as described by the seller. It's beautiful and was well packaged. The pamphlet with the blessing is useful for beginners until you find other blessings you may want to use. I used the sage to smudge/cleanse my home as well as my healing crystals and the bracelet. It's going to take a while for me to get used to the smell of sage. As stated, you should open your windows and doors while smudging since (1) the scent is potent (especially if you’re not used to it) and (2) you might set off your smoke alarm. I enjoy using this kit and would definitely purchase it as a gift for someone, especially if they are beginners like me.
