I used a donut mix first - cooks well and quick, but the donut mixes are expensive - tastes much better than store bought tho! So I tried the small muffin mix bag with 1/4 cup of milk - perfect batter consistency! I just put the muffin mix in a quart size zip lock bag, put the milk in, squished it together, then cut a hole in the bottom corner of the zip lock bag to use as a pastry bag! Viola! What?! Little donuts in about 2-3 min! With no bowl to clean up! It will make about 14 mini donuts! You can add a powdered sugar glaze easily if you like!😄
