I picked up the phone, and to my fiancee's horror, the screen had spider-webbed into a shattered mess. I calmly peeled off my Tech Armor Ballistic Glass to reveal a pristine, undamaged screen underneath. This alone would have been enough to earn a recommendation in my book, but I decided to take Tech Armor at its word regarding its lifetime warranty - a couple of e-mails plus proof of the damaged protector was all it took for Tech Armor to send me a brand new replacement within the week. PROS: Product works as claimed - it sacrificed itself, and took the damage for my screen. Saved me hundreds in a screen replacement. Easy to apply. Crystal clear after application. Feels like glass - excellent touch responsiveness. Great quality protector overall. Aces all around for customer service - this is a company that stands by its product. CONS: Not designed to withstand 80's musical shenanigans.
