I will say I am happy we hot this cold brewer from this company. I had been making my husband cold brew for the 4th day in a row and I had trouble getting the filterhousing separated from the lid and suddenly the filter broke off. I had to look to see if it was supposed to do that, which it isn't. I reached out to the company and they had a whole new cold brew kit heading my way in 2 days! I am very impressed with their customer service. I really like how easy it is to use just fill it and leave it in the fridge. I highly recommend this!
