If you looking for tough and good working paper shredder you found it. Offers high security for your important documents when you push them thru that machine. There are 4 levels of security for shredders. This shredder is on Level 3 which is high enough to destroy all evidences on your documents. You don't need level 4 security which is diamond cut. Micro cut is all you might need and that's it. Not too expensive. Not too small not too big just right size. It has power to work with envelopes from banks and credit cards at once. It struggles a little bit but it will go thru with full packed envelope. It's noisy too. You can hear on the video. But even noise is nothing to worry about unless you will you is during all day every day. Once in a while is not a problem at all. Highly recommended
