Works well but must use and night or overcast day, I soak the yard with water before and then spray 1 bottle on my small area. I spray about 25% of the bottle then wait about 30 mins then do it again, I try and keep it wet for a few hours. The smell will be there for about a day or so then once grass drys out the smell is gone. I have two dogs and it lasts about 2 to 3 weeks before the smell gets really bad. I should do it weekly in the summer but can usually get away with it every two weeks. In the winter I only do it maybe once a month. We live in Phoenix so the artificial turf gets smelling real bad when it's over 100.
