I'm a 69 year old scientist and have been taking 1 capsule per day for 6 weeks for the cosmetic benefits. I'm pleased to report that my skin has become significantly more elastic and the age spots are fading. A simple test for skin tone is to pull skin away from the back of the hand, then release it and let it settle back down. Before HA, my skin took several seconds to settle back down. Now it takes about a second, like the skin of a much younger person. UPDATE: After 12 weeks, most of the age spots have gone. Those that remain are significantly faded.
