Wife purchased this book prior to having serious surgery not knowing the outcome. Thankfully everything came out fine but this would have and still can be of great help should the unthinkable ever happen to you or a loved one. It can provide so many answers and assistance to those left behind. It's organized neatly and coverd mostly any questions loved ones may have at the time of your passing. Everyone should have one filled out, no matter what your age or health. How many timed do we see horrible accidents on the news and unexpected deaths of people of all ages leaving family members completly at a loss as to their wishes. A must for all although we all think "not me, I'm going to live for a long time." YOU NEVER KNOW.
