First time trying this product and it does everything a good B complex does for a deficient person - will definitely buy again. Ive been using a B complex for a while in Australia - if I don’t take it I suffer from freezing extremities, depression and mild aggression, memory problems, crawling sensation in my legs and tingling in arms to name a few. Since I relocated to the USA I was unsure of which brand I should Use. Based on the ingredients this fit the bill and with the first pill got most of my symptoms under control. Highly recommend
