I will try to be fair in my review, but I did return the product for reasons that many people may not care about. It is extremely powerful. It is easy to charge with the usb charger cable included. It is quite sturdy and seems very well made. When I purchased mine I could not tell from the description if it had separate controls (buttons) for power and "mode". I want one that has separate controls at this price point. I use it on low power in most cases and do not want an errant power off-and-back-on to send blinding flashing lights at me. Further, if I need the blinding flashes for an intruder, I don't want to cycle through 5 modes to find it. Again most people will not take issue with this but for this price I want a product that eliminates these problems. In all other respects I would give it 5 stars. UPDATE: I was contacted by ANKER and unlike other manufacturers they did not plead with (or bribe) me to increase my review's STARS. Instead they told me my comments were passed along to design and engineering as suggestions. They were gracious and helpful even after I returned their product! That earned them an extra STAR. I do truly like ANKER products and now I see they have excellent support.
