I loved this product! At first it will make you a bit light headed and you need to be careful about the alcohol you consume while taking it, however after a few weeks I could definitely tell it helped my memory! Now- several months later- the difference is night and day. I can remember addresses and phone numbers people tell me one time like nothing! I also have greatly improved on my sense of direction because all I need is to visit a place once and I can tell you exactly how to get there! This is brilliant for my job as a Police Dispatcher. Love this!
