Right off the bat, I want to share that the long neck on this bottle serves a great purpose. The oil is dispersed in just little drips and drops - so easy for putting on vegies - or simply in a spoon. Of course as the bottle empties, I am sure the pour will increase - so you would have to realize that. The taste of the oil is just as described. It it very smooth also. I can only say that it is delicious. I am hopeful that the health benefits will be apparent after using it for awhile. It really seems worth the price. By the way, the first time I found out about this was from a commercial from one, Dr.. Gendry. (which I didn't take advantage of - since I found it on Amazon). I think you will like it.
