I have been using this instead of grass fed butter in my bulletproof coffee. The only thing I didn't love is that it comes in the bigger chunks which makes it harder to measure. This morning I put it in a food processor and it has made it so much easier to get more of an accurate measure. I hope this tip help someone else!
