Nice smoker. Little advice, don't seal the door with a gasket! Used it twice with no issues. Thought I was smart and thought keeping more smoke in was better. Wrong. Trashed a couple baby back ribs with creosote. The smoke made black tar all over the inside of the smoker and the food. They looked great, tasted terrible. Come to find out smokers need to breathe and this one does it through the seams. Leave it alone, and use it like it comes and it will work great.
