I am a clinical nutritionist and I use instant coffee a lot but I am picky about it. I was using an organic, free trade from Whole Foods or Sprouts but going through it too quickly and it was just meh tastewise to be honest. This coffee is EXCELLENT tasting. Very smooth. Seems to be low acid. I am allergic to mold so I doubt it has any mold or contaminants. I love that it's manufactured locally (Glendale US is what it says). Organic is a MUST for me when it comes to coffee because I deal with sick people daily and I know the damage pesticides and heavy metals and molds can create. Especially in coffee you drink daily. Price point on this is great. I've already started recommending it to my patients and will be adding it to my "nutritionist's grocery list" on my website at juli keene dot com. This Anthony's coffee is a WINNER for sure!
