Restored my pregnancy nails
I started taking these after I had my baby and my nails went back to being flimsy and weak. Within a month they were growing out faster and stronger. I don't think they had an impact on my hair yet, but now that my postpartum hair loss has slowed, I hope the new growth is also strong.
