Ok so I gave these a good while before I wrote the review. They definitely helped clean me out. I lost about 15 lbs. I cut down on portion size and I walk a bit more but nothing like a gym workout. These won't be a miracle pill and the clean out brought frequent restroom breaks but better out than in!
