This product is one of, if not the best, products I have ordered from Amazon this year.. I suffered terrible pain from my "sits bone" on my left side. Nothing helped until I sat on this cushion today. Let me start at the beginning, I could tell it was a quality product before I even opened the box, it was beautifully packaged. I opened the box and was absolutely floored by the quality of the cushion. It is mesh on the top,a non-slip surface on the bottom + it has a carry handle securely stitched on the side. The cushion is thick with memory foam and really does conform to my "anatomy". But the very best thing it the moment I sat down on it there was NO pain on the bone, that was just the best feeling. I have suffered months with pain on sitting. Since I just received this 1 hours ago I cannot speak of it's durability but judging by it's appearance I would say it is going to last a long time. All I can say is, if you have pain on sitting you NEED this cushion. Oh, by the way, I noticed on the box there is a100 day pressure free trial.
