So I always make sure I have an 1875w hair dryer. I like the power. I have longish very fine, very thick medium curl hair. I got this hair dryer out of the box & scoffed at it. It was so light. And when I turned it on it didn't seem very powerful. I was so doubtful. Then I used it. You could have blown me over with it I was so surprised. Normally I'm lucky enough to get my hair slightly dry in a few minutes. In about 3 my hair was 3/4 dry. And that was on warm! The hot is very hot. I didn't even try to use the diffuser yet. That works just as well. It's also very nice looking. My daughter loves it be a use it doesn't blow as hard & a bit quieter than my old one (note I didn't say it was quiet - just quieter, it's a hair dryer.) I had my doubts and now I certainly don't. I love this hairdryer! So glad I bought it. Definitely recommend it.
