I purchased my scooter from a different vender Dicovermobility.com. I'm a disabled vet and needed something to help me get around outside. This is a great scooter and in a year I've only had two easily fixed issues. Mine came with onsite warrenty service/repair which wasn't available and I was left to fix the problems myself after waiting 3 wks to get the parts. Also mine arrived 3 wks late and on a pallet just as it left china with no assembly directions and missing a few parts. I'm telling this so others know what questions to ask the seller. I love the scooter. The quality is exceptional and performance is as stated except you should expect a range of about 25 miles with normal everyday use unless you live in a really hilly area it'll be less. Ask questions first!!! DiscoverMyMobility is a vender to avoid.
