I don't write a lot of reviews, but this product exceeded my expectations. I am somewhat new to the ketogenic diet, but find I am having great success so far. I had heard about "fatty coffee" from friends and thought it sounded horrifying. But after reading the science I became convinced this was something I should try. After all, how could I lose if I get a nice shot of caffeine and a large dose of keto fats in one container? Ok, I have been converted. This coffee is darn good. The creamer by itself isn't very tasty, but once it blends with coffee...yum! It's extremely convenient to have three keto fats in one bottle. I'll keep buying. By the way, if you want your coffee to taste like caramel popcorn, here's my recipe: 8 oz of strong black coffee 1 tablespoon Omega PowerCreamer Pinch of Stevia 2 finger taps from pumpkin pie spice container 2 tablespoons heavy cream Mix with the SimpleTaste Electric Foam Milk Frother (or similar), and enjoy!
