My cats love this cat tree!!! Santa brought the cats this tree when he brought my kid's gifts and they couldn't be happier! I have three Ragdoll cats - the smallest is 13 pounds and the largest is 17. This tree is sturdy enough for them to all be on at once and even stays stable during their battle for the top spot - which happens every day. Even the hammock gets used as you can see in the pics and I honestly thought it never would. Each level/feature gets used by my cats. I would absolutely buy this again and would recommend to anyone. This is an amazing value for the price! If you have large breed cats this is sturdy enough for them. At least my model is. Ours did arrive with a broken base but after some back and forth emails that took a couple weeks, we did receive a replacement base from the manufacturer. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - the manufacturer could have made this process easier and quicker.
