Takes care of skin, better than oil or balm. Pair w exfoliating scrub (cleans) + beard balm (conditions/softens) = MAGIC
If anyone is unsure about oils, balm, etc, listen to this post, simply b/c I was in same boat. I have sensitive skin that is prone to dryness in the winter. I have a thick, yet groomed shorter beard (maybe a 6 on a beard trimmer) and was dealing w bad irritation and potentially ingrown hairs. At some points pain would occur because I would scratch and mess w it too much. That said, this product is better than any oil or balm by a wide margin regarding skin health, and it actually immediately helped my eye bags as well(a welcomed surprise, as I’ve never had anything work on them either). I wasn’t paid for this or anything, and I am new to skin/beard care (experimenting for a couple years). I pair this with the exfoliating scrub, and have had huge improvements. I also use amid Amish as my balm to soften beard hair since this product takes care of the skin. The beard balm market is competitive, but I’d give a R&D product a shot if they produce one. I’m Considering getting their shampoo and conditioner for hair, but that would be a luxury. Pair this with the exfoliating scrub (I use in shower w exfoliating brush), and grab a organic beard balm for beard hair softening, and you will be very happy with the results. Posting this because I tried a load of various products with frustration as my outcome. Hopefully this helps you guys.
