I first saw the eye vac in a hair salon and thought it would be so easy to use to clean/sweep all the dog hair at our home (think sweep and never have to bend over again!). I decided on a Roomba instead and regretted it. Our furniture is too low and the Roomba kept getting stuck and finally ended up getting lost under our king size bed. I bought the Eye Vac Pet and it worked great for a while. We had a problem with both the automatic and manual functions and it's getting replaced today. J P Jones Company is the best to deal with, had a quick phone call with Christina and a new unit is being sent today. It's unfortunate when a product goes wonky for whatever reason, but this company has stellar customer service and were so nice to deal with. I would definitely do business with them again!
