Update: Almost Perfect
I would have given 5 stars but for one thing. If the dose is 1ml, then the dropper should be able to load 1ml from the bottle. The most I can get in one try is .75ml. So it will require two tries per application.
Update: Thanks for fixing the dropper issue. Now I can give 5 stars.
