Ok, so I initially was about to give this one a single star - I hated the product after using it for the first time. I hated it so much (it totally ruined my weekend breakfast) that I took a picture and sent it to the seller with a less than nice email. Seller very politely suggested that I try again and attached the instructions (which I honestly thought I followed the first time, but I did not). I tried again, knowing I had nothing to lose and that I'd send them back for full refund afterwards. Guess what? I loved the product. Spray the insides of the ring. If you are doing eggs, crack the egg into a small dish first, dip the ring into the egg briefly and then sit it on the skillet/griddle. It creates a good seal.Then pour your egg into the ring. Repeat with other eggs. Let the egg set a little before removing the ring. If you do that, you will get perfect little cute circles. No mess, no leaking. I am giving this product a 5-star review because I've used it several times and eggs now come out beautiful every time. Same to pancakes. And excellent customer service too!!
