When my wife dropped our old toaster I was dismayed; I had no idea at that time what a transformational event that would be in our lives. This toaster is flat out incredible. Whether bread, bagel, or english muffin, this thing toasts the living heck out it. In our neighborhood the demand for bread has increased due to the breadageddon brought on by this thing's ability to create four slices of heaven. Interesting that it can do that considering that looking into its burning slots is like gazing into the fires of hell. All in all, it was a pretty good $35 worth for me and the whole family.
