Love this dress. After reading the reviews i decided to go with a large. I'm pretty small on top. but heavy on the bottom. My measurements are 34C, 28, 46. It sits on my hips perfect. It's a little big on the top, but when I tied the belt, it gave it a whole new look & made it look very flattering. I always have a problem buying dress that fit well, b/c i'm smaller on top. This was definitely a winner! I've gotten so many compliments today. The fabric is thin enough to wear on a hot day, but not too thin that you can see through.
