I heard people at the office talking about Monk Fruit Sweetener and all the supposed benefits it has not to mention how sweet and yummy it was so I had to give it a try. I was kind of surprised at the price but once I found out how little you actually have to use it’s a great value, I loved the packaging as it has a air tight closure so I don’t have to find another container to put it in and make a mess doing it!!! It is a powder so it dissolves super fast!! The smell isn’t what you would expect from something so sweet. I won’t put all the health benefits it is supposed to have as they are not proven in the United States yet but if a sweetener can taste this good AND do all the things they say it does not to mention zero calories and zero fat then I am in awe!! Why wouldn’t you use it? Monk Fruit is definitely my new sweetener!
