Insomnia magic - 30 drops per .9 ML
UPDATE- So its about one year after I started this product. My original bottle is almost empty. So its time to order again. I still use between 2 - 3 drops a night. If I wake up in the middle of the night and cant go back to sleep quickly Ill take one more drop if I have at least three hours before I have to be up. Four hours before is best, but three is manageable. Since Ive added some new sleep therapies to my routine I dont usually need to use the mid sleep drop anymore. Happy sleeping, everyone. I decided to do this review to answer a question Ive seen many time and even asked but no one has ever answered. There are 30 drops per .9 ML which is 3 Mg! I used a syringe to pull .9 ML out. I then injected it into the dropper and counted the drops. So here are some common dosages people might want. No guesswork. How about that?! 1 drop 100 Mcg 3 drops 300 Mcg 5 drops 500 Mcg 10 drops 1 Mg 15 drops 1.5 Mg 20 drops 2 Mg 25 drops 2.5 Mg 30 drops 3 Mg Those may not be 100% accurate but its as close as you can get with this formula in my opinion. Before I tried this liquid Melatonin I can count the number of times I slept 8 hours in the previous year on both hands. Ive tried Ambien, Trazadone, Celexa, Benadry, Valeria Root, St Johns Wart, Chamomile, 5-Htp, and every vitamin and mineral mentioned for insomnia. I took Melatonin tablets for over 10 years, but eventually stopped getting a good response as the dosages got to like 12 Mg a night. This is absorbed better than the tablets, and hopefully by keeping the dosages low, I can get good results long term.
