I bought this product because the rubber tip on the steaming wand of my 30-year-old espresso machine finally wore out, and I could not locate a replacement. I find that it works very well. I have seen reviews complaining that it broke after a while, but considering the price, I wouldn't worry about it--considering how much I might have spent on cappuccinos and lattes at Starbuck's or elsewhere if I didn't have it, it has already saved me money. I bought it without the stand, and must keep it in a drawer between uses. I was afraid that mixing it in with other kitchen items might damage the delicate frothing wand, but I found that sticking it into the cardboard tube from a roll of paper towels worked perfectly to protect it. The cardboard tube is exactly the right size. UPDATE: After 2 1/4 years of steady use, the frother stopped working. I phoned the company and they immediately sent out a new milk frother to me, no questions asked. I love this company and would gladly buy any of their products.
