This is exactly what I needed. My brother in law is 25, has Down Syndrome, and recently moved in with us. He would spend so much time in his room (much like a teenager) and I’d forget to call him down to take a break from playing on his tablet or whatever. I set this for an hour and he takes one up with him and I have mine on the refrigerator. When the hour is up he comes down for a workout video, to play, me read to him, complete a chore, have snack or lunch, etc. It’s helped us get into a much healthier routine with our newest family member and simple to use.
