I bought this omelet maker because my husband loves egg white omelets but I fail miserably when trying to make one in a regular pan on the stove. This little beauty does the job. My omelets come out perfectly every time. It took me about three tries to perfect them because I wasn't sure if I should sauté my vegetables first and then put them in the omelet nor was I sure how fast the omelet maker started cooking so I didn't know how much time I had to put the ingredients in. Nevertheless, I figured all of that out and ultimately, I learned that I don't necessarily have to salute' my vegetables first and I'd better have all of my ingredients near and ready to put in on top of the egg yolks immediately. I cooked my omelets for about 12 minutes, which was recommended by some of the other reviews. I would recommend this product to others.
