I have been thinking about trying gel polish because I enjoy having my nails painted, but hate spending a lot of time making my nails look cute af just to have the polish chip the first or second day. The price of this unit was AMAZING. I've seen other lamps for much more money and I have always hesitated to try gel nail polish because I didn't want to spend $25, $30 or $40 plus on a lamp to cure the polish, in addition to buying a few polishes themselves. I bought a nail polish and top coat on sale and tested this lamp out last night. It absolutely works! I cured the polish for a minute and 45 seconds or 2 minutes for each layer, just to be safe. And the polish cured beautifully. Now I just need to practice getting better at application so I ensure my manicures last, but I am SUPER PLEASED with this lamp.
