All-around useful, inexpensive equipment
First off, This is a REAL review, not the crap you otherwise read on here. I paid for this myself, plain and simple. Ok, unboxing is a bit annoying, but it isn’t the end of the world with a glass of bourbon and tv to keep you entertained. Lots of parts that are not that clear from the instructions. Use some common sense, and you really won’t need the instructions at all. My pulley was already assembled, some users had to install it. It’s really long!! It’s in my living room until I make room for it somewhere else. It’s not wide at all, but very sturdy. The biggest issue is that if you don’t have the bottom/foot portion against the wall, it slides on you when you go to lay on it.. so be careful and trust me, if you don’t have a rug, prop it on the wall. I never taken the foot platform off during exercises, as it suggests. It’s really quick and easy to switch between exercises, and i feel I have great workouts since I started. If you want a great all-around workout, it’s great for toning up, but keep in mind it won’t let you gain big muscle, it’s not a gym. I am 5’8, around 215, and I find it quite satisfying to use.
