Are these bars all perfectly delicious? No. But some of them are down right wonderful. I got this pack to figure out my tastes, so that I didn't order a dozen of a horrible flavor. First of all, they are a bit greasy and are definitely chewy. The oil doesn't bother me at all and I prefer the chewy bars, so they last longer. Here is my basic though on each flavor (in order from my favorite to least): 1) Chocolate Mint - Almost like a Girl scout thin mint. YUM!, I could eat this every day. 2) Almond Fudge - Very chocolatey, with a slight hint of almond. I could eat this every day. 3) Pure Sunflower Butter - Very light and good taste of sunflower seed butter. This did not have a strong flavor. I will buy this again. 4) Vanilla Pudding - MUCH better than Vanilla Cookie, richer taste. This bar seemed smaller than the others. I would buy this again. 5) Ginger Snap Cookie - Gingery, kinda tastes like dehydrated pumpkin pie, because of the ingredients. Tons of fiber @ 27g! I might get tired of it in the long run, but ok as occasional. 6) Devil's Food Cake - Very chocolatey, so-so taste overall. I might try it again. 7) Cinnamon Raison Roll - Definitely has the flavor of raisins and a bit of cinnamon roll, not too bad. Maybe, maybe not would I get this again. 8) Blueberry Tart - Definitely has a blueberry taste, but not that great. I won't get this again. 9) Glazed Donut - Not very good. Hard to define the flavor. I won't get this again. 10) Espresso - So-so. I am not sure if it tastes like espresso because of a coffee flavor or just that it tastes burnt. I won't eat this again. 11) Vanilla Cookie - Not much vanilla cookie about this. Not much palatable vanilla at all. Not very good and very plain. It could be worse, I suppose, but I will never eat this again. 12) Cinnamon Roll - A hint of cinnamon, but mostly tastes like burnt caramel corn. I will never attempt to eat this again. As you can see, they range from wonderful to awful. Everyone's tastes vary, but if you try them all you will probably find a couple that you will like. As an overall variety pack, I am giving it 5 stars, because it allowed me to find what I liked.
