First of all nobody paid me or offered me any discounts to write this review. I am also not an "expert" on headphones but I've used about 30 pairs in the last 10 years so I know what is good quality and what is terrible. So here are my thoughts: Sound: Just awesome. Plugged in is better than via the bluetooth connection. The noise cancellation works and I mean it really works well (the button in the middle of the earpiece turns it on and off). Does it eliminate all exterior sound - no - but it does as good a job as top of the line headphones. I can hear the high treble notes just fine. Speech is terrific, especially with tablet and smartphone devices. Bluetooth: It's pretty good. The pairing was simple - just follow the directions on the card in the case. I tested the bluetooth signal and walked about 40 feet away from the phone and it stayed connected. A few feet farther, it dropped. Amazingly, there was no degradation in sound quality until it dropped synch with the device. I connected it to my Kindle Fire in a couple of seconds and it worked just fine. No more cords! Price: About 1/3 of the price of high end headphones like Bose and Beats. Not to shabby. Comfort. These headphone are not around the ear but on the ear. They are adjustable and feel snug when set properly, i.e., they don't walk off the ear while moving around. The cushions are soft on the ear. I wore them for about 2 hours straight and my ears didn't hurt like other headphones do to my ears. With the long battery life, I didn't have to worry about recharging them anytime soon. Design: Sleek design - they look expensive and cool. The cord, when used, has a stop/start button for playback or hanging up a call. The headset has volume control buttons that work in the bluetooth mode. They didn't seem to work when using the cord attachment - maybe it's just me. Item comes with awesome headphones, a male-to-male cord that plugs into the headset and device. Make sure that you connect it properly - the end that has the playback button closer to the end goes into the headset. The longer length goes into your device. It also comes with a nice, sturdy case and a USB charger for the phones. I read about 30 reviews of different headphones and ended up picking these and I am completely satisfied so far.
