I got this for the RV so I could straddle the stove and gain some counter space. Perfect for that job. Since the RV gets better care than my house, I learned you're supposed to oil cutting boards. But only use food grade mineral oil. Where to find? Lowe's. I got the mineral oil with beeswax, wiped it on with a sponge, left it in the sun to soak, and it looks great! I always wondered why my wooden cutting boards at home ended up stained and blotchy. I never seasoned them.
