Several good things...it's great looking, the LED light seemed like a gimmick but it is useful when cooking and at the table. Guests think it's fun to use and the story behind the brand is great. Packaging is very nice and would make a nice gift. Now a few concerns...it is hard to hold when your hands may be damp from washing or food prepping. I wish the motor was a little faster. It seems to take awhile to dispense a serving. Wish it held more than 1/4 cup of peppercorns. Peppercorn "bin" is plastic, so I think it should be cleaned occasionally, but the opening is small and not sure whether it comes apart from the grinder. Because the opening is small (maybe about the size of a US nickel) I recommend using a funnel to fill it. I don't know how durable it will be in the long run as there are two plastic tabs that make the connection between the peppercorn/grinder part and the motor/battery part. Since it only holds 1/4 cup, we'll be filling more often so the tabs will be stressed more. We'll see. I'll update if we have issues look later...I may be concerned for no reason!
