I used to be a wild and fun-loving girl on the party scene who stayed out all night and lived without consequence. Now I’m a 32-year-old mother of two children who reviews toilet brushes on Amazon in her spare time. The only thing that makes me feel slightly better about that crushing existential reality is the fact that I actually really love these toilet brushes. Yes, they are just as effective as probably any toilet brush in existence, but they are WAY more aesthetically pleasing. The “stainless steel” appearance of the handle looks really nice and the holder has a sturdy enough structure and weight that it doesn’t fall over when you remove the brush (unlike other kinds I’ve had before). It’s an easy unit to wipe clean and doesn’t seem to accumulate dust. I bought one of these for every bathroom in my house and I don’t regret it. If I had guests over, I’m sure they would notice and compliment me on my great taste in bathroom decor. I never do have guests over, but that’s neither here nor there. In summary: Pros: I wanted toilet brushes and these are toilet brushes. They look very nice, store well, and scrub things clean. Exactly as pictured. Cons: They are a little pricey. When they get delivered, your husband might roll his eyes and say something like, “Oh great, like we really needed three of those.” But the thing is, actually yes we really did, so unless he wants to start cleaning the bathrooms himself, it’s my decision and he can deal with it. And while we’re on the subject of cleaning, would it really kill him to put a plate in the dishwasher once in awhile? I forgot where I was going with this.
