This really worked for my acid reflux issues and my breathing problems. It is comfortable - maybe a little too hard for some who do not like hard pillows. It is high enough to ensure that my acid reflux issues are taken care of. The only thing that I would suggest is to improve on the odor from the product. I washed the cover soon after receiving it and also left the pillow out in the sun for 2 straight days before use - but a little bit of that odor still remains. Otherwise, this is a good product.
