Beware that Psycho can only be viewed on this set with a revised remix which replaces/alters and removes original sound effects and changes the mix levels of the music. The set is advertised as having the original sound mix, but that option on the disc plays a monophonic version of the remix, not the original sound. It is very important to include the original sound mix that Hitchcock carefully created in addition to a revised remix. This is one of the most famous and iconic soundtracks ever created. Universal should correct this error and offer replacement discs to customers. If they do so, I will revise my rating and review. UPDATE 9/15/20 - Universal has announced they will be offering replacement discs for Psycho with the correct sound mix. This is great news and I applaud Universal for doing the right thing for their customers. You can request the replacement discs by emailing USHEConsumerRelations@visionmediamgmt.com. I will update this review again once I have received the new discs. UPDATE 10/29/20 - Universal has begun sending out replacement discs, but apparently they are NOT corrected, but just have new labels. This is pretty unbelievable. Apparently Universal has been made aware and they are evaluating the situation. I expect there will be another round of replacement discs, which makes the situation extremely confusing. UPDATE 12/17/2020 - I finally received a second set of replacement discs and the original sound mix is FINALLY correct. If you requested replacements and got the first batch of defective discs, you should automatically recieve the second set of replacement discs. Very confusing, but at least Universal fixed the problem. I am revising my review rating to reflect the overall set with the replacement discs.
