Definitely worth purchasing, but a few things you need to know: - The 4 little bands are braces. - Don't bother looking for the 'elastic' in the directions, there isn't any, the braces go under the short 'handles' on each side near the top. - The braces were too long so I cut them down by 3/8 inch. You have to bend them slightly to get them into the slots. - I left the other 2 braces the original length and slid them down into the bottom of each of the external side pockets for additional structure. Worked great. After all that, it's a great item!
