people who did not read the manual or check the reviews were the ones who had problems with the product. first thing I did was to read the manual and check out the reviews. then I open the box to remove the product and ran the motor on lowest speed for 5 mins.after that I ran it on highest speed for 5 mins.let cool down then went to work with the Dremel.on any motor with bushes, you have to set the bushes first before running the motor.
